My problem has always been consistency. I have tried early mornings and it was working but lately I seem to be connecting with God right before bed time. I have so many thoughts that run through my mind constantly. I am always thinking. I need to learn to just quiet my spirit and be still. Pray for me.

As in part IV about the college student. Is a wonderful example that when we go to Jesus and cast our care upon him for he careth you. Jesus will always, always show up.

I am currently using audio Bible from the olive tree app on my phone. I listen on my way to work. I’ve also read my utmost for my highest and a few other short devotionals.
Listening to the audio Bible in the morning feeds my spirit and keeps me in a mind set towards the Jesus. Because our mind is to stay focused on him. When we stay focused on him, the enemy has no open door.

In the past, I used a devotional like Settle My Soul or Awaken. Recently I’ve started using Guided Companions by Ruth Chou Simons.

I read and I ponder the word. I’ve used daily through the Bible outlines. But journaling has always been a struggle for me. My note taking is more like a mind map than an outline as I tend to think is multiple directions. I’ve fallen away from my habit of daily focus. I do think this would create in me a stronger relationship with God.
