What devotional methods have you used in the past? Which would you like to try in the future?

Deleted User07/23/2024 at 16:41Sometimes I read the Bible, sometimes I read a devotional. I lead a small group, so I am often preparing materials for that as well. I also journal words that I hear from God, look them up in scripture, and then search commentaries to see what the Holy Spirit nightlights in the content.

Deleted User07/20/2024 at 07:04I have used many devotionals through the years and have also done a lot of listening to the bible. My favorite was probably listening through the One Year Bible, primarily while on outdoor walks.
I would like to read through the bible in one year rather than listen.

Deleted User06/27/2024 at 22:32I’ve been reading Our Dailey Bread since I was a young girl. I have added on the Guidepost Mornings with Jesus as well as the bible passages listed in them. I also sing hymns and gospel songs during this time. I plan to start journaling.

Deleted User06/24/2024 at 12:02Every day I use the Lesson materials “Bible Hope for Every Day” to meditate. I do not limit myself to a certain document for confession as long as that document is censored and released by a reputable authority. The Word of Life podcast will also be my choice in the future
