I have been reading the ODB devotionals for more than thirty years, I’ve used it’s format to read the Bible in a year twice and another format a third time. I also have a few other devotionals that I read, as well as a prayer and devotional call I’m on Monday thru Saturday mornings. I can appreciate what we have heard about how to spend more quality time with God, a lot of which I currently do. I can’t think of any changes I need to make to spend more time with God…..I feel like I’m doing pretty good in that area. Great lesson!

Our Daily Bread Devotionals are very helpful for me. I think another option will be to look into other Our Daily Bread resources.

I use an overwhelming amount of devotions. I tell my people not to get me any more devotionals. I do read the daily bread and In Touch daily devotionals. I also love my study bible. Currently I’m using the You Version app Bible plan and my Women’s Bible study group is in the book of John. You Version has a 60 day reading on John. What I love the most is these courses online. It dissect more of the overall spiritual well being. I like to take my time in reading scripture. I tend to read fast and then I miss the meat scripture. I’m a study nerd so I need more than just reading scripture.

I’ve tried devotionals, lectio Divina, prayer lists and prayer beads, but I would like to try reading the Bible as a love letter and hanging on every word.
