I start my devotional time at 5:30 am and spend time in the Word and prayer and journal what I am doing and reading.

I am using a plan to read through the Bible in a year and do a journal reflection on one passage each day.

I have done short devotion guides that have a different lesson each day but I prefer working through a book of the Bible a chapter or two at a time.

I have used many devo methods. I would like to get back to journaling to see what God has done, what he’s doing
and how He’s working in the lives of others. It would also help me to see how God is leading my life. I also want to include my wife as
often as possible. -
I like Bible plans that walk me chapter by chapter, book by book. I have some other devotionals, but the DBS method or just reading with a study Bible is helpful. The Youversion Bible app has been a great tool to read in community.
