They believe in more of constant rebirths than of a final salvation.

They seek to be save from a cycle of repeated births, deaths and rebirths. Their common concept is that there is no judgement and condemnation from sin, they will not answer to God.

Hindus accordingly do not speak of a personal salvation from sin or an expectation of conscious everlasting bliss. Salvation for them is liberation from a potentially endless cycle of birth, death, and rebirth. Buddhism like Hinduism seeks for liberation from life as we know it. It does not offer forgiveness or individual resurrection.

Both religions believe in reincarnation and a potentially endless ever-continuing life cycle. To Hindus salvation is liberation from this cycle via following the three-fold path. Buddhists follow the four noble truths as a means of achieving nirvana and ending the cycle of being reborn. Both believe that their way of living in the current life determines how they will return in the next.

Hindus and Buddhists both believe that there is a cycle of birth-death-and rebirth, and the purpose of life is to improve your circumstances in the next life through karma/merit. Eventually, it may be possible for those who attain the ultimate understanding of the universe to leave the cycle of rebirth.
