Truth and love are inextricably tied to each other. Where there is no truth, love cannot exist. From truth comes trust, which is the basis for relationships. Love is the most significant expression of trust because from love, truth is spoken.

God is love, Loving God, and loving one another are two commandments Jesus points out to be very important over all the others. This is what scripture says and it is crucial to understand this concept because worldviews have a way of watering down the truth and instruction of the word of God.

God, Himself is Love. He so loved us that He died for us. He commanded us in the scriptures to love our neighbors as ourselves. So, loving one another is based on the word of God.

Love covers a multitude of sins. For God so loved the world that He gave his only son that whosoever believes will have everlasting life. Looking at 1 corinthians 13; 4-5 details how true Love is. God has commanded us to love one another since it is all scriptural, it’s the truth.

God loves all of us. He knows what we have done at all times and still loves us. We should love someone like it is explained in the Scripture. Through truth, we learn another person and can learn to love them.
