We are all part of the body of Christ, and each of us has a different, important role. It’s important to raise up believers who are ready for whatever their calling may be…not just doctors, nurses, and lawyers, but also construction workers, factory workers, home makers, and volunteers. Teach students to walk in the ways of the Lord; a whole-child education is not a wasted education because it prepares each student for their personal walk with Jesus.

I think it means we must focus on teaching students to be caretakers and active participants in their faith journey.

Christian education focuses not just on academic preparation for university and the workforce, but also on Christ-like character development and the fulfillment of God’s calling In life. We don’t want to neglect either. We want to encourage students to find assurance in their decisions that they have heard from God and know His will.

The Christian school is there to partner with the families to ensure that God’s Word is integrated in all aspects of their life and learning. We are called to talk of God’s Word when we rise, when we walk, when we are lying down. (Deuteronomy 6)

They must be prepared spiritually for this life and for eternity.
