Our teaching of skills is important, “take your sword with you” Jesus told the disciples, for we live in this very real world which requires very real work, But we must be held by heaven as well, to take cues from our Heavenly Father, to maneuver through this real world under His direction.

Christians can be placed in nearly every type of career and we must prepare to fulfill God’s calling in our lives wherever we are. We need the education for the world’s requirements, but also for leading others to eternal salvation.

While yes academics are important, by being at a Christian school we are also there to make sure they are productive, Christian members of society.
