    God’s Word must be the Christian educator’s starting point. Developing a meaningful Biblical integration comes from a renewed mind that is saturated in Scripture.

    I believe what Dr. Teague meant was that God’s Word needs to be the foundational point. Throwing a verse at a topic or trying to bend a subject around the Bible is not a profitable teaching method.

    Instead of just integrating or blending God’s Word into our curriculum, the Bible has to be our starting point for all knowledge.

    It all depends on what you are integrating. The Bible is our starting point when we ask the question, “What are we integrating into our curriculum?”

    God’s word must be the center of our pedagogy, the book where we should go and find the answers to the important questions of life. We must base our teaching on the Bible, Bible first then the curriculum
