What does it look like for your own flock to “produce and reproduce?” What can you do to improve your flock’s ability to meet these goals?

In Lesson 7 we find a young teacher taking care of youngsters and non-Christians all the same. “Produce and reproduce” they would disciple their students in a way that shows them to understand who God is, how God loves them, and His plan for them/us and to encourage and equip them to be a part in the good natural activity.
For our flock or group continue to grow and keep on building and rebuilding, we need to provide good pasture and food and water and shelter and protection. This will improve their ability to meet the goals set before them.

In my context teaching young MKs and non-Christians alike, ‘produce and reproduce’ would mean to disciple my students in a way that helps them truly understand who God is, how God loves them, and His plan for them/us, and to encourage and equip them to share this Good News in their own contexts with their families, in their villages, and otherwise outside of the school walls. It means supporting them as they learn and identifying the future leaders who will raise up the next generation of leaders. I can improve our ability to do this by using discernment when identifying leaders and giving them encouragement and challenging them to step out in this role. I can also support those who are like the sick sheep in ways that provides them opportunities to focus on their own healing and growth without putting added pressure on them to overextend themselves

Water them spiritually and give them the guidance on how to produce and reproduce. It took my pastor guiding me in order to learn the ways I should be working on producing fruit.

As I mentioned previously in the former lesson we will disciple new believers but, we also need to recruit new leaders (shepherds,under-shepherds). This is important because these new leaders should understand the dynamic of church growth, (flock). Although, not all converts will develope into future leaders.
