To produce good disciples of God and make sure we make more in order for our family business grow so we can continue planting seeds for our future.I need to be able to build in my flock their faith, their knowledge, and goodness so they can be productive,

For your flock to “produce and reproduce,” it means fostering a community that grows in faith and discipleship while also reaching out to bring in new members. This involves deepening the spiritual lives of current members and encouraging them to share their faith and mentor others.
To achieve these goals, focus on cultivating spiritual growth through Bible study, prayer, and worship. Encourage mentorship, train members for evangelism, create a strong sense of community through small groups and fellowship events, and promote serving together in outreach programs. These steps will help your flock thrive spiritually and contribute to the church’s growth and health.

We must provide adequate nurturing, protection and guidance: while always keeping in mind the individual’s needs, strengths, and limitations. We must model goodness, compassion, self control and perseverance. It is imperative that we keep the end goal of shepherding in sight and pass this on with great conviction. We must have love and solidarity with our fellow workers. Those we are shepherding will want to share with others and pass the family’s work on.

It is growing the flock by mentoring and discipleship. One of the ways I can improve their ability to produce and reproduce is by giving them a trail to follow in ways of manuals, bylaws, or guidelines .

We as a flock have to go out and witness to others, sharing the majestic love of the Most High. We have to invite others in by being obedient to the outpouring exciting will of GOD.
[23] And the lord said unto the servant, Go out into the highways and hedges, and compel them to come in, that my house may be filled. Luke 14:23 KJV.
By moving in this manner we will be able to grow and reproduce.
Be creative in our reaching out but never strarying from the Word of Truth. Inspire them to continue to feel the deep urge and conviction that they once had. We always have to be aware that GOD is that same loving GOD that we met at the very beginning of our world wind romance. He is the same GOD yesterday, today and forever. Show others that same love.
