What does it look like to praise God in the midst of a storm?

Praising God in a difficult time, acknowledges that He is the one who is in control. It doesn’t get us past grief, or sorrow, but it does allow us to live our lives.

COntinue to give him praise and be thankful through the pain. It may hurt but God hasn’t left you.

I recently came to understand this first hand with the passing of my son, Joseph. It means praising God in spite of the circumstances and trusting him in the bad times as much as you do the good.

For some it my be talking to God for others it can look like just trying to move on.

To acknowledge that the circumstances are beyond ideal but still having faith that God will not leave you in those circumstances and will stay with you as you either go through them or He pulls you through them. Its also not pulling away from God, its being humble and still worshipping Him during the worst of it , knowing that He is the only one who is going to be able to change anything about the circumstances you are in.
