To acknowledge that the circumstances are beyond ideal but still having faith that God will not leave you in those circumstances and will stay with you as you either go through them or He pulls you through them. Its also not pulling away from God, its being humble and still worshipping Him during the worst of it , knowing that He is the only one who is going to be able to change anything about the circumstances you are in.

Good question! It looks like pushing through, despite how you feel.

It looks like a trusting assumption that The Lord is faithful and powerful, controlling our world, and is capable of controlling all aspects of our lives. He is praiseworthy, trustworthy, and powerful enough to direct all details so that good will be accomplished in His child as well as the circumstances. It involves thankful trust from His child, allowing the God of the Universe to do what He does best.

To know he is in control and not me. He will always be there for me and it is His plan and not mine.

Praising God in the middle of the storm is a sign that His word is in us. God promised us in His Word that He will never leave or forsake us. It also shows how close we are to God
