I believe praising God in the storm is different for each individual. Sometimes it can be just focusing on God and not on the problem so much. It could also mean in your life dedicating and focusing on a certain area I know when I went through a hard time I really focused on worship and was part of a worship team which really got me through a horrible horrible time of my life. I believe I was praising God in the storm.

I can praise God when I’m hurting know the that He is with me.

we just need to keep our eyes on jesus, in the midst of a storm, or normal life ,and praise him at both times,

Praising God in the midst of a storm is challenging but you have to keep the faith flowing by reminding him of your trusting in his promises., and that he is your only source. in all our needs.
