Don’t make a general statement to the church. Deliberately seek out the right person for a specific task for a determined purpose and period of time.
-
In recruitment, we want to ask specific people for specific ministries for a specific period of time as over against a general platform invitation.
-
It means to clearly identify who will be responsible for completing a task, what specific tasks need to be done, and by when they need to be completed.

Ask specific people for a specific task for a specific time.

This means that, you do not ask a general question like announcing in the church that if any one will like to join a department in the church , please see pastor after the service but instead prayerfully look for specific people you can see they are teachable and yearn to know more about God. Speak to them personally if they will like to take up a task , mention the department and specific time that is the period he is expected to be at the job.
