What does the book of Genesis reveal about God’s Nature?

God is a creator. He created everything because He loves to create.

God is righteous and loving and forgiving. He is patient with his creation.

The book of Genesis reveals to us that God is a very orderly God and all through his creation, even up today, that order will always win out, just like God does.
God loves His creation, thus leaving a remnant in the flood account on the Ark. He very well could have wiped it ALL out and started over , but His love for us is beyond our comprehension.
This love is shown the most by His plan to save His people from their sinful condition, as He made the promise to His created people in Genesis 3:15. -
The book of Genesis reveals to us that God’s nature is based on relationships: where promises, love, second chances, hope, jealousy and sovereignty reign.

Genesis reveals God’s Nature: His power, creativity, love, goodness, orderly planning, pays attention to details. He is a designer with purpose, treasures relationship. He is a trustworthy God. Some thing of Him is unseen. He created the world that we are in today. His word is powerful. His mind is unsearchable…
