God has a unique role prepared for them to step into in order to further His kingdom. It is my job as a teacher to support and challenge students in a way that will prepare them to glorify God in whatever field of study/work they choose to follow.

The way we teach, interact with students, carry ourselves, interacting with parents, or work with our colleagues all carry eternal weight. As Christian educators, we are in the business of influencing students to follow Jesus. In doing so, we are pointing them toward everlasting and abundant life in Christ. Our primary role, regardless of subject matter, is to teach about the Kingdom of God.
