I was fortunate to have Christian parents that attended regularly. I am 50 and still attend regularly.
Positive- Throughout lives ups and downs I’ve had a close group of believers I can lean on.
Negative- People are flawed, but we love them anyway.

I have been part of a church for years a generational church. A few years ago the church started to die out. we needed new life in the church our pastor was older and having issues making changes. Before he pasted a new pastor that is a family friend took over and he has brought new life to the church and we are growing again.

I was blessed to grow up in a Christian home where regular church attendance was the norm. My experience was overwhelmingly positive. I have been fortunate to have roles within the church as a youth and adult Sunday School teacher as well as serving as a deacon.

Local church attendance has been good, but not spectacular as in sporting events and concerts. Those that are there make up a fairly diverse community of age and sex.

Most of the times I had a positive experience in the church. I’ve been in several churches because of changing locations or moving. The fact of being in a community of believers and serving the same loving God is wonderful.
The negative part for me is when the fellowship stop at church. We supposed to continue our fellowship even outside of the walls.
