What helps you to overcome that obstacle?

I keep praying and seeking answers in the Bible for a Word. I seek for the people in the Bible that has gone through what I’m going through. I want to know how to handle it.

What helps to overcome those obstacles? I will memorizes prayer and focus on them, I will meditate on Gods words with the knowledge that I have received Jesus Christ as my Lord and saviour and believe God’s promise . As 2 Corinthians 5:17 said therefore, If anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation the old has passed away and the new has come.

Having a dedicated time planned out for spending it with God.

Giving any obstacle in my prayer life to God and asking for His help to get rid of it and then letting Him take care of it

I have not completely overcome the obstacle of distractions. What helps me is, if I am walking and talking with God, for some reason, my mind doesn’t wander as much. I will try jotting down a “to do” list as mentioned in the lesson.
