Saving faith is a personal trust in God. We should rely on Christ Jesus alone for our salvation.

Faith in the work of the God-man Jesus Christ on the cross to accept the humiliation and suffering mankind deserves for their sin. By trusting in His crucifixion as the work necessary to reconcile them to God that act of faith saves them from the judgment of punishment in Hell.

All who call on the name of the lord will be saved. Believing that God will give us salvation based on the works of Jesus Christ. Accepting our salvation does not come through us but through someone else. God excepts all who rely on Jesus for salvation

Saving faith is personal trust in God. It is trusting Jesus alone for our salvation and not our works or own efforts.
