What is the difference between leadership and management?

Leadership is the ongoing pursuit of accomplishing all that needs to be done the best possible way it can be done leading to more internal and personal growth and setting higher goals to pursue.

Deleted User10/04/2023 at 11:40Leaders lead and managers manage. Leadership is taking someone somewhere when they do not know how to get there. It is leading people to a better place. Management helps us where we are at. Managing is not taking someone or a group of people to a better place, it is just helping them where they are. I would say that leadership is more vision driven.
