What is the difference between leadership and management?

Deleted User06/22/2023 at 14:40Leadership is leading others to where they “ain’t”, it is allowing people to grow and learn and then to be led again, eventually resulting in becoming leaders themselves. Management is merely having people do what you bid them to do, your way or the highway.
