I think management is making sure people do what they are supposed to do – it is task oriented.
Leadership is guiding people to be better at what they do – it is people oriented. -
Managers – help people do what they’re supposed to do where they’re currently at
Leaders – take people where they need to go -
What is the difference between leadership and management? The difference is leadership leads and management manage.

Leadership is about taking people where they need to go. Management is about overseeing people do specific things while at a specific place.

Leadership is being a role model and management is maintaining, staying leveled.
