Deleted User10/05/2021 at 08:19Leadership is actively moving towards a goal or destination that one must be able to adapt as variables change to keep moving forward. Leadership directs management in being able to oversee the work to be done to reach the goals set in place. In order to do both effectively there must be open communication between the two channels. Management follows leadership’s directives and oversees the community of people to guide them in the tasks needed to get the work done.
