There was much debate between us. And I had decided that maybe I was not a leader at all and had never been a leader in the past. But now, after coming far through this course, I look very different, and the funny thing about it is that I understand it as if my mind has opened up to the possibilities. I look at Leadership like this now for example: A Visionary Leader says to their followers – We want move out of this storefront church because the rent is too high; we will work on the finances on what we need and what we have already. We love our CHRIST! We love our CHURCH! We love our COMMUNITY! – We want to see more of our community in our House of Worship, so we will be reaching out to more of the community – leaders and schools – i.e., to let them know that we are here. We will come up with a new mission and vision – we are going to the street to bring others to Christ first, and we believe that this will assist us in getting into a new building of our own in the future.
