Management just manages the things of where we are.

Leadership leads others
Management keeps people in their zone

Leadership helps us get where we need to go while management just tell us what to do. Leaders go with us on the journey while managers sit back and watch the show.

Leadership gets people moving forward and leads to new ideas and an improved place/position while management is making sure that people are effectively doing what they are currently doing.

- Leadership is the ability of an individual to get an organization to move in a positive direction that will benefit that group.
- Management is the ability to get a group of people to complete work or a task.
