I am good at with teamwork. I am good at putting the team together and whether in church or work place my team accomplished many things. And it is evident that people put me forward to lead in the team.

My greatest need is that I feel confidence that the Holy Spirit will guide me rather than thinking that I have to have all of the answers all on my own.

I must remain Kingdom minded and reflect and model Christ for those with which I serve. Without Christ at the center of what I do or we do as a group and that be our motivation, then we have already missed the mark. It is Christ in whom I am to live, and move, and have my being”(Acts 17:28). “I have been crucified with Christ, and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me (and through me)”(Galatian 2:20). This must be my ultimate driving force and motivation as a leader.

Organizing the group based on common interest or purpose. Demonstrating to the group that they are here because they want to or need to be here without hurting their pride. It is hard for me to work with sensitive people but even harder to work with resistance.

A great need I have is keeping group meetings moving efficiently. Everyone wants to give their opinion and that is one of the group’s goals. But some members will end up ‘hogging’ the time by having their ‘say’ on every single thing. How do we continue to move forward without being rude to those who try to dominate a group setting?
