What is the most challenging thing, for you, when it comes to saving money?

The most challenging thing for me is to begin saving automatically, paying myself first after giving to God. Many times I feel I do not have enough to save after paying my debts, but even the smallest amount can begin to add up. I must change my thinking.

To save money immediately instead of what happens to be left over

I’m a saver overall. It’s not fun waiting to purchase the things I want (trips, more property to build a home, etc.) but it is worth not feeling financially strained.

By personality, I am a saver rather than a spender. (This is perhaps due to the example of my parents.) My current challenge to save is that I am not earning money.

I have my savings already leaving my check because I find it easier to not be able to touch it. Thankfully we have many options for good savings accounts now.
