I’m not too sure but that all will be difficult on some level.

The Observation is the easiest because I do not include the What and Why. These two are part of the hardest the interpretation.

The last one is always the easiest. The reason why is that the most difficult one is observation. You have to consider many questions in order to observe well who wrote this message what were the circumstances? Why did he write it to whom did he send that message or a few of those questions. Then follow the second one which is interpretation and the best way to interpret is to use the Bible because the Bible interprets the Bible.

I prefer Obeservation to read and look for keywords that stands out to me, i will apply the 3 as God gives me grace

Since I’ve grown up in the church for 50 years, I believe interpretation will be the easiest, but application is always the hardest.
