Observation will be easiest for me. I think interpretation might be a little difficult.

I think the Application step is the easiest. Although it requires the Observation and Interpretation to be done first, once these two steps are done properly, the action I need to do for my life usually comes out very obviously. One doesn’t need a professorship to be convicted of this application.
The most difficult step is Interpretation. Sometimes the text itself doesn’t explain why or how a person or God does a certain thing. You just observe that something happened, as well as the responses of others. Sometimes you wonder whether their responses are right or wrong, and whether you should follow suit or not. What I said above applies especially to narrative passages in the OT, e.g. those in the book of Judges. -
The first step will most likely be the easiest but the third might be difficult as I fighting years of habits I developed before starting my journey with The Lord.

I’m not sure which method would be more effective for me. I will have to try each one and see which way is best.
