Psalm 121 can be prayed when we find ourselves in difficult times in life.

Matthew 7:7-8 it tells us what to do. It gives me hope when I read and lets me know all I have to do is ask. It is hard for me sometimes to ask for help and then when I turn to this verse it calms me and lets me know it is ok to ask for help.
