Since the pandemic restrictions prevented us from going into the senior homes to minister to the residents like they did in the past, we could only collect money for people suffering from the Haiti earthquake. Additionally, we collected toiletries and little gifts for Christmas as part of the Samaritan’s Purse ministry to poor children.
I was a missionary for 15 years in Poland and I can use my experience to encourage the students to send letters to my Polish friends. Such messages are a great source of love and care for Christians who live in difficult conditions. -
Since I teach homeschool students online, I don’t get to see the mission work they are involved in. But students will share with me before course about mission activities and I will encourage them. As a homeschool parent, I was able to include mission work in teaching my own children.

Our students have served locally at a food distributor and overseas, sharing the gospel. Mission trips tend to help people depend upon God, and they can provide an opportunity for a student to truly know their testimony and have the opportunity to share the gospel boldly.

My students collect toys and first aid materials to send to kids from third-world countries This allows them to see the blessings they have in this country and they can not take it for granted. Also, they learn to share and be thankful for what they have.

At this school they only bring food for the food pantry. It is sad. This motivates me to plan a grade level project!
