What must a Muslim do in order to live forever in paradise?

In order for a Muslim to live forever in Paradise, the person’s soul returns to the body shortly after the physical death. An angel will appear in the grave and ask the soul 3 questions: 1) “Who is your Lord?” Answer: “Allah.”; 2) “What is your religion?”
Answer: “Islam.”; and the final question, 3) “Who is your prophet?” Answer: “Muhammed.” If the correct answers are given, a window that grants the soul entrance to Heaven is opened and allows the soul to proceed. -
Acknowledge their god, their religion, and their prophet.

A Muslim must not only follow all the require rituals to hopefully find favor but they also must answer the three big questions correctly.

He must confess Muhammad as the greatest of all the prophets, accept the Koran as inspired revelation, believe that God has decreed everything, recite the Islamic confession, heed the calls to prayer, keep the fasts, give alms, and make at least one pilgrimage to Mecca. Some militant Muslims insist that they must uphold the jihad (holy war) too.
