What obstacle do you struggle with when it comes to prayer? What helps you overcome that obstacle?

Sometimes I find difficult to pray when I have too many things on my mind. I find myself wondering off into what’s going on with or around me.

I need to look at sin that I may hold in my heart that is an idol and keeping me apart from God.
At times I do have lack of faith, or I may be afraid that the prayer won’t be answered so I do not pray it. -
Distractions and mind wandering.
