As I plan my lessons, I begin by praying for wisdom to create effective and impactful instruction. I also lift my students in prayer, asking God to open their hearts to the knowledge and insights He has for them.
Next, I intentionally weave God’s amazing works, attributes, and principles throughout every concept, highlighting His awesomeness and wisdom. This approach helps students understand our dependence on God and fosters a deeper appreciation for His sovereignty.
These strategies have been fruitful, and I’m grateful to see God at work. However, I eagerly anticipate seeing even more of His presence and power in our learning community.

I am a new librarian at our school and do not have a lot of lessons that I teach yet. I am hoping to learn more ideas from these trainings. In order to help them learn concepts on a deeper level, I might encourage group discussions on different subject matters.

I take them outside the classroom to see feel and touch when we are drawing trees under nature drawing. I also take them out to art gallery for art exhibitions.

We have classroom discussions and time to work actively with the material being covered. I feel that they are effective because I see the growth in students’ learning. There is always room for growth.

I like to ask questions and give them time to write in their notebooks and/or discuss with their table group before sharing out if they wish to.
