When we are learning about different cultures, I feel that this is the best opportunity to share the word of God with my students. Specially since most of my students have never travelled abroad, many of them cannot relate with others that do not belong to their culture. Yes, I believe this is effective because many of my students are curious and encouraged to travel and share the world of God abroad.

Repetition is retention. I am a believer in repetition and writing things down. I do believe this is effective for those who choose to engage in this practice.

Have them teach/create with the information they’ve been given. Yes, you remember more when you teach something.

Typically I use course discussion and ask leading and follow-up questions. I find that it is effective for students who want to learn, but not very effective for those who do not.
