Encouraging others and enabling them to find the best way for them to serve God.
i would ask the Holy Spirit for help and guidance in growing and developing other spiritual gifts

Over the years, I have discovered that I have the gift of teaching and encouragement. The Lord has affirmed this again and again and that has given me the the courage to be more intentional about exercising those gifts.
