We are traditional with curriculum based on Christian belief, yet if follows the things needed for each grade level to advance the students each year.

We are very intentional though to not just “teach to the test”, but we make sure our students have truly understood and mastered a skill rather than just memorized it. We also have a very rigorous Bible program that covers all the Bible and different themes/character studies between preschool and middle school.

All the students in my course are expected to take assessments on the same information at the same time. There are accommodations made for different students.

Students are taught primarily in a traditional manner with process/mastery, assessments are made informal and formal. We meet the requirements that are held by the tri-state area that our students attend from, and also the Christian Curriculum Guides provide a scope and sequence of material that we follow as well.
