We do not use the state tests, nor do we teach to them. We have other standardized exams which are more traditional and geared for private schools.

Our students have to meet all state standards. In addition our students have to have Bible course each year. Those heading to a university to study have to have 2 years of foreign language. Students also have to score a minimum on the ACT. Finally, our students are required to complete a minimum number of hours in community service as part of their Bible grade each semester.

We have state standards, ACSI standards, and school standards. For example, Biblical integration falls under ACSI and school standards. The content we teach falls under state and school standards.
