What time and place would be best for you to study the Bible and pray? Why?

I enjoy spending time in prayer and bible study in the morning. Its quiet and peaceful in my home. My mind is open and receptive to receiving the word and talking openly with the Lord before my mind is cluttered with the tasks of the day.

Either in the morning or late at night before I go to sleep. For right now, I do it in the morning after I shower and eat breakfast, a time gap somewhere around 8:00-9:00am, before I start my work. The advantage to this is that I get it done first thing before all the busyness of the day rushes in and it makes consistency easier. The disadvantage is sometimes I am distracted by the work that I am going to do right after or the tasks I have for the day, so I am tempted to rush my time. I am considering trying a time late at night, around 9:00-10:00pm, because this is when my mind is most relaxed and I might have a little easier of a time abiding and dwelling in the Word at that time.

At night when everyone is sleeping and when I’m receiving treatment

I would say either early in the morning or right before bed when I am the only one awake in my home. I would need to do it at a table or desk so that way my posture notifies my brain that I should focus on what i’m doing.

First thing in the morning in my office. It is the best way to start my day!
