What time and place would be best for you to study the Bible and pray? Why?

Early morning before the sun comes up is the best time for me. The whole house is quiet it’s just me and the Lord. Small problem, I’m NOT a morning person. But God would wake me up each day at 4am until I surrendered to his will. So I still struggle to get up but it is worth the sacrifice each time. 🙂

I’ve scheduled 830-9am daily for now. I understand that any time is a good time to study the Bible and pray but this is how I’ll begin with a schedule. Morning is a great way to start my day and to keep my mind on Jesus throughout the day.

I like to walk and it’s one of my favorite times to talk to the Lord and meditate on what He has said to me. Also, this happens when I take a relaxing bath. Two of my best things to do to unwind and it could be any time during the day.

I currently do my devotional’s on my desk. I need to make it a priority and stick with a daily schedule. I have no excuses not to and I have all the time to. I just find myself scrolling wasting time on social media.
