I typically engage in this daily practice either in my room or my office. I am able to focus and concentrate on what I am reading and thinking better than during any other part of the day.

I am able to go to the kitchen table or our office for quiet time. I enjoy studying the Bible and praying before starting my day because I believe it sets the tone for my mindset for the day.
