What time and place would be best for you to study the Bible and pray? Why?

I felt that the best time for me to pray is at night, when my husband has gone to bed and the night is quiet. I am more of a night person, so I find that I can be alert at night rather than trying to wake up in the early hours of the morning to pray.

I spend about 2 hours alone at night meditating and digesting the day’s scriptures, messages and devotions. This is when I usually add a video or two on the individual Books of the Bible on Pute Flix.

The best time for me is right after my wife and I put our children to bed or first thing in the morning sometimes I do both. I have 5 boys (15,13,9,8,6) so it the only time I have available.

My best time is fairly early in the morning 5, 6, or 7. I need to nail that down. My schedule is so sporadic that this time isn’t available 100% of the time. But my best time is morning because I can commit to it the best and because it’s my most focused, productive part of the day.

The mornings are the perfect time for me to focus on communing with God. The place varies with my location. I find that my focus and resolve, my retention and ability to apply His word is better during early hours.
