That way, I’m up for the day, I want to begin my day with Jesus and being in the loft gets me away from my bed. It’s so important to me that when I give advice or speak the Word, that it’s coming from God, not something I’m just regurgitating to sound good. I want what flows out of me to be from Him.

I like knowing that this special time will not be interrupted. I do like to read and reflect on the verse of the day from the Bible app at the beginning of the day as I drink my coffee. Reading the verse of the day gives me something to hold on to throughout the day, and I feel a sense of connection to the millions of other people who are reading and reflecting on the same verse.

I pray at my lunch time and after my bible study at home before going to sleep. I think its important to have that one on one with God, during the day and after the work day is over, it recharges my spiritual batteries and permits a good night rest.
