Which distinctive of a biblical worldview would be least compelling to your non-Christian friends? How might you answer objections on this matter?

The Bible and Identity is the least compelling to my non-Christian friends I believe. They have a hard time believing that the world of God is his word not the words of people. They can’t grasp the truth of God the Creator and us his fallen creation in need of him to rescue us from our sinful selves.

I think people would find it hardest to accept The Bible and Identity.
Most people want to create their own identity and don’t want others telling them who they can be or can’t be. -
I think one of the hardest things for people to grasp is the Bible and identity. Many do not grasp the sense that they are flawed or broken creatures that are in need of healing and a savior. Unless the Holy Spirit is present during conversation with them, there will be no understanding or a sense of needing to be spoken to about such an issue. Although people will admit that they are not perfect, they have a hard time admitting guilt or need unless the Holy Spirit moves on them and points that out.

That the Bible was inspired by God and it is the ultimate anchor of truth. People want to be tolerant and use their feelings and opinions to establish truth. Although we do not find every answer to every question we have in the Bible, nobody has been able to find or prove any inconsistencies or information from the Bible that is not true, especially from a historical perspective.

the Bible and Identity might be least compelling because of my non-Christian friends desire to be better and to do more. I would show them the number of failures that we all do. Our inability to really do good only means that there is a higher standard that needs to be met. I will then show what the Bible teaches about us.
