How do we know what is right and wrong caught my attention because there are so many hot topics in our culture right now where the lines are blurred on what is right and wrong. Engaging students in conversations about cultural issues is so important so that we have the opportunity to discuss God’s word on current topics.

I like the reminder that external factors in society and life in general affects the outcomes and paths that guide education.

Discussing the existence of right and wrong and where these concepts come from stood out to me the most. The fact that humans have a natural understanding of morality indicates that there is a standard.

What is the meaning of human history? From a secular perspective, which was my education model until my master’s degree, human history has no meaning. It just is. The Christian worldview imparts meaning and purpose to human history, and allows the student to see the hand of God at work.
