Deism (NO) – The clock will eventually stop one day. So, what future?
Naturalism (NO) – The universe will eventually come to an end and we are merely delaying the inevitable.
Nihilism (NO) – How can the view of the future be compelling to someone who is barely concerned with the present?
Existentialism (NO) – The future may be incredible, but what good is the future if I’m not in it?
Pantheism (NO) – If the ultimate goal is to become one with the universe and abandon the self entirely then the individual really doesn’t have a future.

Monotheism (YES) – The explanation for the past that gives us purpose in the present that and a target for the future. It provides meaning to what many others may deem meaningless. It provides a path that one can walk to navigate from A to B. It suggests that there is more to life than the one were currently living, and, more importantly, it offers hope that the life beyond this one will be far better than what our current circumstances might be.

My answer is certainly influenced with bias of my personal belief, but I feel monotheism is the most compelling because my present defines my future. It is the only one with a final, unchangeable consequence and reward based on this life, which compels us to live it for something greater than ourselves.

Christianity – Faith in the atoning death and resurrection of Christ not only provides salvation and hope for today, but also because God’s promises are sure we know that we will live forever in communion with Him and there is hope for the future.

For some it would be Existentialism because you make up your own future. Monotheism gives us a biblical view of the end time and what is to come.

Christianity of course because we are offered an eternal existence with God with no more restrictions like pain and sorrow.
