Nihilism and existentialism – both are the furthest from any type of absolute truth or absolute certainty about anything

Monothiesm- I believe this is a prevalent worldview today in which we were created by an Almighty Creator/God who loves us and has a purpose and plan for us.
Deist- I believe a large number of people believe there is a creator but does not think he created us to a certain purpose but just to live our own version of what we think is right. adopting the YOLO attitude, explore, experience and learn that is what your here for. Live your best life of your terms -
I seem to come across mixes of various world views more than purists. I wonder if this is a new worldview. One that is self-constructed. But then that may be the existentialist’s self-creation.

The two most influential worldviews explaining origins are Monotheism and Naturalism. In my experience in the classroom both as a student and a science teacher the hottest debate was always about the origin of man. Being raised in the Bible Belt, most believed what they learned in church about creation as opposed to what science textbooks said about evolution. Actually it wasn’t much of a debate. The majority believed God was in charge of creation.
