Which two worldviews are the most influential today in explaining origins? Why?

I think that Monotheism is a dominant worldview that makes the most sense to my origin. I can see others following the ways of religions that connect to middle eastern tradition that incorporate meditation and yoga, crystals, etc. as being a way to heal your body. Those are very popular in our area and are often not seen as an opponent to Christianity.

I would say monotheism and Existentialism, as people either fall unto submitting to a God and moral guidelines monotheism entails, or tangibly lives out Existentialism in maybe giving God lip service, but ultimately making choices that define their personal truth, which is the highest ideal.

Monotheism believes that we are all created by God and God alone and Naturalism believes we have evolved into what we have become. Both are taught in today’s society in classroom’s and other settings.

Monotheism and naturalism. Although naturalism has flaws In the development of nature and species, there are many things that Darwin had correct in the origin in that we all started from one point.

I think Monotheism and Naturalism are the most influential today in explaining origins, but Pantheism is a rising belief system attempting to explain how/why we exist.
