I believe people are drawn to the book of Revelation because we desire to know outcomes. In Revelations it speaks of the coming of the Lord, and what to expect in the last days. What’s confusing to most are the images that are told in the book that may seem more Lord of the Rings and Harry Potter like to them. The reality is the value in studying it, gives us hope that if we stay the course and continue to follow Him, we are assured of the opportunity to spend eternity with Him.

The book of Revelation consist of apocalyptic, poetic, and prophetic literature. It’s beautiful yet terrifying all at the same time.

We are drawn to Revelation because of the hope we see in it and how we see that God cares for His people.
We are confused by it because of the uncertainty of it and how it will play out. We do not fully understand the timing, the language and the symbols used when it was written.
The value in studying it, affirms our belief in God, Holy Spirit and Christ. We see that, without a doubt, WE WIN. -
The book of revelation needs to be studied carefully. People are really interested in knowing about end times and the future of humanity. I think it’s best to study revelation with sound Bible teachers.

I think people are wanting to know and understand what the end-times will be. They are seeking to know what will happen, how and when it will happen, and what the signs are.
