People are curious about the end time and prophecy. However, the symbolisms make it difficult to understand. But studying the book of Revelation for me gives me hope, that the world as we know it today, with all its evil and hardship will one day disappear and Jesus will return to rule in righteousness and peace.

People are drawn to the book of revelation for a better understanding of what will happen in the end of times. For peace and comfort knowing that God will be coming back for his true believers.

People are drawn to the book of Revelation because they want answers to life’s questions, is there more than to life as it currently is? The confusion comes in the imagery, prophecies and often what ‘others’ perceive the book to be telling us. The value of studying the book for ourselves is to grasp a understanding and now the book relates to us individually and cooperatively.

People naturally like to see how a story will end. They are also drawn to mystery. The wording of future events is naturally confusing.

The value is to see how God and Jesus pursue us to the end and ultimately have won for us.
